Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group Inc. opened Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Monday in Tilden Township, the franchisee’s 19th Red Robin restaurant.
The restaurant, 125 Wilderness Trail, is near Cabela’s in Tilden Ridge Shopping Center.
The Red Robin is 5,867 square feet and seats 212 guests with more than 150 full- and part-time employees in addition to management.
Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, a franchisee of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc., serving the Lehigh Valley, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Philadelphia and Harrisburg, has its headquarters in Allentown. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers has its headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colo.
The restaurant serves a variety of hamburgers, sandwiches and salads, along with cocktails and other alcoholic beverages.
