LVRG Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, Inc. (“LVRG”) collects, uses, and discloses the personal information we obtain from you online and from third parties, such as service providers. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you are a Royalty member, we may also collect, use, and disclose your PII as set forth in the Royalty Program Terms and Conditions and Facts and Questions.
Collection
Personally identifiable information (“PII”) is personal information such as your name or a family members’ name, your e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number.
We collect PII when you visit our website and when you voluntarily submit it to us. We collect it when you enter into an LVRG sweepstakes or an LVRG contest, make a purchase from the LVRG website, complete a survey on the LVRG website, use “Contact Us” on the LVRG website or make an inquiry on the LVRG website, or join our eClub or other online forums.
We may also collect your PII from third parties such as service providers that we use to the extent necessary to allow them to provide our services and products to you. If, at any time, you leave our website and are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this policy and your PII will be treated in accordance with the provider’s policy. If someone purchases an e-gift card for you, we can receive your email address and other PII about you from that person.
We do not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of thirteen without the prior consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. If you believe that your child under the age of thirteen gave us PII online, please contact the Sr. Director of IT and we will take appropriate action.
In addition to PII, we may collect other information from you using the following technologies:
- Cookies. “Cookies” are small bits of information that the LVRG website places on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies remember information about your activities on the site to make your visits to our website more enjoyable and valuable to you by providing a customized experience and recognizing your preferences
when you visit our website. If you’ve chosen to disable cookies on your browser, some of the functionality of our website may be lost. Certain other web pages that LVRG produces, particularly those that require a login and password, require that cookies be enabled in your browser and cannot be used when you have disabled cookies in your browser.
- Flash Cookies (also called Local Shared Objects or “LSOs”). Flash cookies are data files similar to cookies, except that they can store more complex data. Flash cookies are used to remember settings, preferences, and usage, particularly for video, interactive gaming, and other similar services.
- Web beacons or clear pixels. Web beacons are small graphic images on a web page or in an e-mail that can be used for such things as recording the pages and advertisements clicked on by users, or tracking the performance of e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Web server logs. Web server logs are records of activity created by the computer that delivers the webpages you request to your browser. For example, a web server log may record the search term you entered or the link you clicked to bring you the webpage. The Web server log also may record information about your browser, such as your IP address and the cookies set on your browser by the server.
- Geo-location technologies. Geo-location technology refers to technologies that permit us to determine your location. We may ask you to manually provide location information on our website, or to enable your mobile device to send us precise location information. We may also automatically collect general location information from your web browser.
We participate in behavioral-based advertising. This means that a third party may use technology (e.g., a cookie) to collect information about your use of our website so that they can provide advertising about products and services tailored to your interest. That advertising may appear either on our website, or on other websites.

We may also use PII to conduct research and analysis, or to improve our websites, products, or services. We will send you promotional emails and/text messages about our products and services if we have received your consent to do so and you can unsubscribe at any time.
LVRG will use and disclose your PII if you choose to participate in the Royalty

Disclosure
LVRG may disclose your PII with companies that are affiliated with us (that is, that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with LVRG) and with third party service providers to assist us in providing our products and services to you.
Provided you have voluntarily provided us with comments on an experience at a franchisor or other Red Robin franchisee location, we may also share your PII with our franchisor or other Red Robin franchisees who are not affiliates of LVRG. Third parties who advertise their products and services on our websites may also be given your PII if you give us your consent to share it with them.
LVRG may offer a sweepstakes or contest in conjunction with a co-sponsor that may have special offers or promotions that might be of interest to LVRG guests. In such case if you opt in, your PII may be shared with the co-sponsor and their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy.
There may be instances when LVRG may disclose PII where authorized or required by law or subpoena or in other instances where LVRG reasonably believes that it is necessary to comply with law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; to protect the safety and security of you or others; or to protect against fraud or for risk management purposes. In addition, if LVRG sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of assets or is otherwise involved in a merger, liquidation or other business restructuring, LVRG may transfer your PII to a third party, successor in interest or affiliate as part of that transaction. We will not however, sell, rent or share your PII as part of our daily business activities, except where you have given us your consent to do so.
