The Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group (LVRG) broke ground on its new Collegeville Red Robbin Thursday at the Providence Towne Center in Collegeville.
This restaurant marks the 20th Red Robin location.
LVRG joined Upper Providence Township officials held a “ground-breaking” ceremony to begin construction on the inside of the existing building, which is 7,769 square feet and will seat 288 guests. It will be the largest Red Robin in the area, and will include a fireplace and a year-round patio that connects to a meeting and party room.
The restaurant is scheduled to open on July 15.
